Today was a strange day.  Today was peaceful.  This is strange because I have not felt peaceful in quite some time.  After lunch with friends, I stayed in all day to work, and my mind and focus were blessedly right there with me.  I took about four naps at my desk, on top of my laptop, books, papers, mugs, everything, and each time I woke so refreshed.  I even got some personal writing in, which automatically means that it was a good day.
